Gray Water Reuse

Homeowners may reuse gray water on their property as long as they follow the conditions outlined in the brochure entitled Using Gray Water at Home. Specific requirements for residential gray water systems are listed at Type 1 Reclaimed Water General Permit for Gray Water.

Requirements for additional types of gray water permits, including Type 1, may be found at Arizona Administrative Code (AAC) Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 7-Direct Reuse of Reclaimed Water.
