Illegal Dumping

Illegal Dumps:

  • are safety hazards to children;
  • may be breeding grounds for disease carriers: flies, roaches, rats and other dangerous pests;
  • are pollution and fire hazards that endanger our air, water, and land;
  • disrupt wildlife habitats;
  • destroy the beauty of our desert.

One Piece of Trash can Grow into a Dump:

  • There is no excuse for dumping anywhere except at an authorized landfill or transfer station.
  • Who pays for the cleanup? All of us pay a high price for the dumpers' dirty deeds.
