General Permits

The following ADEQ general permits are currently available for sources within Pima County:

• Soil Vapor Extraction Units (expires April 11, 2011)
• Crushing and Screening (expires April 12, 2011)
• Hot Asphalt Plants (expires April 26, 2011)
• Gasoline Service Stations expires May 11, 2006)
• Concrete Batch Plants expires Nov. 10, 2008)
• Boilers (expires June 25, 2009)
• Human and Animal Crematories (expires Dec. 8, 2009)

The following PDEQ general permits are currently available for sources within Pima County:

• Dry Cleaners (pending)
• Generators

Sources shall submit a copy of ADEQ's Notice of Equipment Transfer to PDEQ when portable equipment is transferred to and from Pima County.
