After you report a smoking vehicle, we determine the vehicle owner's address through the state Motor Vehicle Division. Then we send the owner a letter requesting the vehicle be repaired to increase engine efficiency and reduce emissions.

What you can do for clean air...

  • Keep your car well-maintained
  • Fix emission problems quickly
  • Combine errands into one trip
  • Keep tires properly inflated

Clean Air Is Up To YOU!
