Riding Responsibly for the Environment, for Others, for Yourself brochure.  

Provides general information about dust control issues and other environmental considerations: what Particulate Matter (PM) pollution is and how it affects human health, how riding affects wildlife and ecosystems, and lists suggestions for riding responsibly. It also lists resources regarding designated trails and roads where it is appropriate to ride off-road vehicles. A hard copy of this brochure is available at PDEQ.

While riding ORV's, new laws and continued mindfulness need to be considered to avoid illegal activity, protect natural resources, and respect neighboring residents or area users.

AZ Off-Highway Vehicle Laws, Rules, and Regulations brochure

Developed from Arizona Game and Fish Department, this brochure provides information on Arizona statutes; title, registration and license plates; equipment needed for registration; traveling on Arizona streets or highways, state trust, federal, and bureau of land management lands; areas closed to off-highway vehicles; rules regarding wildlife and habitat; and tips for riders.
