air quality and traffic congestion have again joined forces
to promote the use of alternative modes of transportation in

are scheduled from Friday, April 1 through Monday, April 4,
2005. In addition to the Fair, a special contest is being kicked
off on April 1 and runs through April 21, the day before Earth
Day. If an individual takes actions to reduce air pollution,
and a “21 Days to Cleaner Air” contest entry form
is completed and submitted, the participant will be entered
into a prize drawing for gifts donated by local businesses.
Fourteen fun-filled
